Early life Kelley was born in the historic city of Gloucester, England. Kelley is the youngest and only girl of four children. As a young girl, Kelley said she was always drawn to self-improvement and worked as a cosmetics manager and make artist at the British store Debenhams. Kelley did runway modeling for charity events and was a beauty queen in the Canary Islands. Kelley moved to Florence, Italy, to work as an English nanny for a Baroness. While in Italy, Kelley first learned to appreciate the meaning of etiquette and protocol. While living in Italy, Kelley traveled on weekends to different towns and learned to speak Italian organically with the people. In 2002, Kelley moved to Bahrain to work as a flight attendant for Gulf Air. Kelley moved to America in 2004 and began working in the five-star luxury resort in the Golden Isles, Georgia. While living in Brunswick, Georgia, Kelley spent a couple of years rescuing wayward Dogs, training and fostering them until they found a suitable forever home. While working at the Lodge on Saint Simons Island, Kelley was introduced to a guest who encouraged her to pursue VIP hospitality in private aviation.
Kelley's expertise in private aviation is unparalleled. Her ten years of experience liaising, traveling, and caring for some of the world's most influential leaders and their families are a testament to her credibility. She has personally served Royalty, the Bezos family, Warren Buffet, and President Obama. This private aviation background inspired her to start an etiquette consulting business and instilled confidence in her clients, knowing they are learning from the best in the field.
At the heart of Kelley Yates' professional journey is her family. Kelley met her husband in Bahrain in 2003. They have one daughter, one cat, and a dog, both rescues, which is a cause close to her heart.
First, and foremost coming to America legally spurred my interest in American politics. The civics class gave me respect, understanding, and deep gratitude for American history. My career in corporate aviation, I had the rare opportunity and privilege of caring for the world’s most influential people. I saw a lot of deals made and gossip galore! I met the most charming and professional people. I flew worldwide and have visited all 50 states, and I fell in love with this great country. I thought, why not use everything I have learned in life and be effective and put it to good use in the community to educate and empower for the greater good.

Mrs. Yates, the founder of Lady Etiquette, talks about using honorific titles and the use of them. She also outlines how the feminist movement pushed Ms. and how gender pronouns are changing society and breaking down our children's confidence. Gloria Steinem, the founder of Ms. Magazine, says to use Ms. when you do not know if a woman is married or not. Ms. is short for Mistress and is inappropriate to use in polite society. Learning Poise, Deportment and Etiquette will contribute and boost your self-confidence in any business or personal social setting. Gender pronouns are an unfounded ideology and contribute to the confusion of our younger generations. Miss is used for the single lady and Mrs. is used for the married woman. We should never be ashamed of our marital status.
Lady Etiquette answers questions from her followers. A Polish girl asks, what is woke? Woke people are anti-religion and advocate for Marxism and fascism-type regimes.
